Digital Fulfillment Specialist
(Full-Time)

Summary

535media, LLC / Agency has a full-time, immediate opening for a Digital Fulfillment Specialist. This position will coordinate and conduct the activities involved in digital marketing campaigns to ensure goals are achieved for clients/agencies.

Specific duties include coordinating the work needed to put digital marketing campaigns into effect for clients/agencies. Conduct the various action steps involved in digital marketing programs including Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, scheduled targeted digital display advertising and more. Communicate specific digital packages sold to individual clients/agencies; requests from clients/agencies; and strategic and tactical recommendations for clients/agencies to achieve best results. Communicate with and provide assistance to other 535media digital fulfillment specialists on other digital marketing campaign strategies and action steps. Produce reports to be provided to clients/agencies and for internal needs.

This position requires individuals who can operate in a fast paced and fluid environment. They must be open to learning new things and trainable. Examples of specific functions which will be taught, and estimated* % of time spent on them are below:

Ideal candidates for this position will have some digital marketing campaign experience. Experience with a marketing agency is also highly applicable. This position requires the ability to work independently and make conscientious decisions based on digital marketing campaign fulfillment and operations best practices. Candidates must be able to effectively work with other operations employees, sales employees, and other departments in a wide array of situations and circumstances.

This is a mostly remote position; however, candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance as the position involves occasional travel to other locations.
